As a former Police Sergeant and Citizens Advice adviser, Louisa brings exceptional people skills, calm under pressure, and a deep understanding of how to support individuals through difficult and complex situations.

That experience translates directly into property. Whether supporting residents through a major construction programme, helping a landlord navigate a sensitive tenancy situation, or stepping in to keep a busy estate agency running smoothly — Louisa understands that property is always about people first.
